In some cases, you can report your assignments for an entire year at once. You are eligible for a one-year notification in the following instances:
Small business
You can notify once a year if:
- you employ 1 to 9 employees;
- you are based within a 100-kilometre radius of the Dutch border;
- you had at least 3 assignments in the Netherlands in the preceding calendar year or made a valid notification in the preceding calendar year; and
- you are registered in the trade register, or a similar register in a neighboring country.
You cannot use the one-year notification if you work in the construction sector, an employment agency, the temporary employment sector or personnel management.
Self-employed persons
You can notify once a year if:
- work in a sector that is subject to the duty to notify;
- you are based within a 100-kilometre radius of the Dutch border;
- you had at least 3 assignments in the Netherlands in the preceding calendar year or made a valid notification in the preceding calendar year; and
- you are registered in the trade register, or a similar register in a neighboring country.
You cannot use the one-year notification if you work in the construction sector, an employment agency, the temporary employment sector or personnel management.
Freight transport by road
You can use a one-year notification if you are work as an employer abroad or a self-employed person in the freight transport by road sector (General Industrial Classification of Economic Activities within the European Communities group H 49.4). This also applies if you provide services on behalf of a client based in the Netherlands.
