No, it is not possible to delete the data from the notification portal. Your data is in the notification portal because you are required by law to submit a notification in the notification portal, pursuant to the Employment Conditions of Posted Workers in the European Union Act (WagwEU).
This requirement applies until the Implementing Act on Directive 2020/1057/EU on the posting of drivers in the road transport sector enters into force. You will be informed on this site when the Act enters into force.
Since February 2022, it has already been possible to submit posting declarations in the European road transport posting declaration portal. Until the Implementing Act enters into force, this is not mandatory, but you can already voluntarily submit a posting declaration there if the posting falls under the new EU Directive. If you submit a posting declaration during this period, you no longer need to submit an annual report in the WagwEU notification portal. For more information, see: New European portal for submitting notifications in the road transport sector.
Reporting in the WagwEU notification portal
You must continue to report the following postings in the WagwEU notification portal:
Intra-group postings. This is when you are posting one of your employees to a branch of your company in another country;
- Temporary employment by a foreign temporary employment agency; and
- Cross-border transport activities by a self-employed driver.
Notifications are compulsory only in the case of cabotage (transport where the start and end point is in the Netherlands, carried out by a foreign carrier) and third-country transport (transport between two countries outside the company’s country of establishment).
Your data will be stored for up to 7 years, and then deleted.
