You must report this within 5 days of the start date of the activities via the notification portal while you are checking the notification.
If the company has not entered a notification
You must report this within 5 days of the start date of the activities in the notification portal. In both cases, you can still ask the company or the self-employed person who comes to work for you to enter the notification, or to rectify an incorrect notification.
If you receive a notification and you are not the service recipient
If your company is registered as the party ordering the work while you have not ordered the work or assigned it on behalf of the company, you can either reject the notification or contact the service provider and ask them to adjust or delete the information. If this does not work, you can send an email to helpdeskpw@svb.nl requesting the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) to reject the notification on these grounds. In your email, please state the notification number and the email address the notification was sent to.
