You are required by law to keep your notification up to date, even if there is a change before the date on which the notification originally ended. It is therefore important to report any changes to the notification when required.

If the posting lasts longer than expected at the time when you submitted the original notification, you must go to the notification portal and amend the end date that appears in your original notification.

After 12 months, your employees are entitled to more extensive employment conditions. You can amend your notification in the notification portal. If the posting lasts longer than 12 months, the period of core working conditions can be extended up to a maximum of 18 months. Only in this case will your employees’ entitlement to more extensive working conditions apply after 18 months. This request can be submitted via the notification portal.

A new contract with the same client requires the submission of a new notification. In this case, the information from your first notification can be copied over to your new notification via the notification portal. Important! If your employees carry out the same type of work in the same place, this is considered a single posting and counts towards the 12‑month period. After 12 months, your employees are entitled to more extensive employment conditions.
