I am entitled to core Dutch employment conditions, but my employer does not offer them to me. What can I do?

Discuss this with your employer and make it clear what you are entitled to. For example, share this page about terms of employment with your employer. Are you still not getting what you are entitled to? Contact your union. Are they unable to help you? In that case, please contact the VNB or the Dutch Labour Authority.
