In response to requests and indications from users, as of July 2022 a number of changes have been made to the notification portal.

What has changed?

Explanation of first name, prefix and surname added

When filling in a new notification, an explanation of the ‘first name’, ‘prefix’ and ‘surname’ fields has been added so that you know what to fill in. Click with your mouse on the question mark to see the explanation.

Explanation of the ‘legal representative’ field added

When filling in a new notification, an explanation of the ‘legal representative’ field has been added so that you know what to fill in. Click with your mouse on the question mark to see the explanation.

Verification of e-mail address

In addition to the verifications of the correct e-mail address, when filling in the e-mail address for the customer’s/employer’s contact person it will now also be verified whether that e-mail address is correct.

FAQs and answers (technical questions and answers)

In the notification portal, the option Frequently Asked Questions (‘FAQs’) has been added to the menu under ‘Contact and support’. If you click on that option, you will see questions that are frequently asked by users along with the answers to them.
