Welcome to the website Posted Workers. This is an official website of the Dutch government. It provides information about posting to the Netherlands. And here, foreign employers who temporarily post their employees to the Netherlands can give notification to the Dutch government. Also, the Dutch client must check the notification here.

Notification allows the government to check whether posted workers are working under safe, healthy and fair employment conditions. This is how we make sure the right, Dutch employment conditions are applied and how we prevent unfair competition.
